Use up Leftover Ham with this Large Recipe!
I’m always on a recipe that is easy to make and can feed a larger crowd. Not that we necessarily entertain that much in our home, but we love to make family dinners that we can use for leftovers the next day. For extra bonus points, I love to find dishes that I can make in my kitchen with the least amount of mess possible. This is why I love crock pot recipes and sheet pan meals! While this Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes recipe is neither of those things, you can make the whole thing in just one pot on your stove, which is pretty awesome.

Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes: Quick and Easy!
And you know that here at Bubba Pie we are all about making things as easy as possible. So, we just use frozen green beans for this recipe. There are some recipes out there that like to use frozen green beans. If that is important to you, go for it but you may have to adjust the cooking time a bit!
Also, one other note is the size of your potatoes. Obviously, the size of your potato and the size you cut them into will determine how long you need to cook them. If they are on the larger side, you may need to put them in first for a bit to let them cook longer.
And, depending on how much you love onions, you can choose which onion to use in this recipe. If you are worried about the overpowering onion taste, you can always use a sweet onion like a Vidalia onion.
Otherwise, this recipe for Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes should be pretty straightforward. I hope you enjoy it! Let me know what you think in the comments
