What Is Nutella?
Nutella is a smooth Hazelnut Spread that can be used in a wide variety of ways and recipes. Spread it on some toast, use it as a frosting or create a delicious cookie with it! It’s so versatile! It’s a great ingredient to have around not only because of how many uses there are, but also it has a long shelf life and doesn’t even need to be refrigerated. In fact, you want to keep it room temperature as it’s much easier to spread!

Notes, Tips and FAQs
- DO YOU NEED TO CHILL THE DOUGH? – Unfortunately, yes. If you don’t these cookies will end up way to flat and won’t have that soft, chewy texture. Its worth the wait, we promise.
- ADDITIONS – You can use White Chocolate Chips like we did. Or use regular chocolate chips. You can also use peanut butter chocolate chips. Adding walnuts or pecans to this cookie would be yummy too!
- DO YOU NEED TO ROLL THE DOUGH IN SUGAR? – Nope! We just like to do that. You can bake the cookie dough without any sugar coating. Or, sprinkle with some coarse sea salt instead after baking. Or you could sprinkle with some powdered sugar!
