- MINI MARSHMALLOWS

Smore’s Brownie Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Pour and spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and place in the oven to bake for 40 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
- Remove the pan from the oven and top with chocolate pieces, mini marshmallows and graham cracker pieces.
- Return the pan to the oven to bake for another 10 minutes, until the chocolate is melted and the mini marshmallows are golden brown.
Leftovers, Storage and Freezing
You can keep your leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. They are best slightly warm, so put a piece in the microwave for about 15 seconds before enjoying again.
You can freeze S’mores Brownies. Just let them cool and then store in a freezer safe container. You can thaw at room temperature.
Notes, Tips and Variations
- STICKY MARSHAMALLOW BLUES – Coat your knife in cooking spray before trying to slice these gooey, sticky brownies.
- USE PARCHMENT PAPER – Line your baking pan with parchment paper before pouring in the brownie batter to make these brownies easier to get out after baking.
- CAN YOU USED BOXED BROWNIE MIX FOR S’MORES BROWNIES? – Yep! You sure can. Although homemade is so much better.

- USE DIFFERENT SIZED MARSHMALLOWS – Want more Marshmallow? Try using Large Marshmallows on top!
