Pumpkin Pie Crescent Rolls
These Pumpkin Pie Crescent Rolls are just as delicious and just as much fun. And they are so easy to make! Here is what you’ll need:
- 1 package crescent rolls
- ½ cup pumpkin pie mix
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
How To Make Pumpkin Crescent Rolls
You will simply need to lay out the crescent roll dough on a cookie sheet and brush a thin layer of the pumpkin pie mix onto each one. Make sure you are using pumpkin pie mix (filling) and not canned pumpkin!
After that, just go ahead and bake them. While they are on the oven, mix together your sugar and pumpkin pie spice. If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can easily substitute it for cinnamon. That will still taste yummy!
Once your crescent rolls are out of the oven, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with your pumpkin/sugar mixture!
If you want an extra treat, go ahead and make an easy vanilla glaze to drizzle over the crescent rolls. This will certainly make them more of a dessert. And easy vanilla glaze recipe simply mixes:
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
We hope you love these pumpkin crescent rolls. Let us know how they turn out for you!

Pumpkin pie mix straight from the can or add the eggs and canned milk first?
Kathy says
Eggs and canned milk? I’m sorry, I don’t understand the question. We don’t use eggs or canned milk in this recipe. Just lay out the crescent roll dough, brush with pumpkin pie filling, roll them up into crescents and bake them. When they are out of the oven, brush them with butter and sprinkle sugar and pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon will work) on top. That’s it!

I think the confusion was that when you make pumpkin pie with the canned pie filling you have to add eggs and milk as per direction on the can. The crescent recipe does not ask you to do that.
