Garlic Roasted Carrots Ingredients
- CARROTS – We used baby carrots. But you can slice your own whole carrots to any size you want.
- GARLIC – Minced.
- BUTTER – Unsalted and melted.
- SALT AND PEPPER – To taste.
- PARSLEY – Sprinkle a little chopped parsley your garnish.
Garlic and Butter Roasted Carrots Instructions
- Place baby carrots in baking dish.
- In a small bowl add melted butter & garlic.
- Add salt & pepper.
- Mix well.
- Drizzle butter mixture over carrots.
- Mix to coat evenly.
- Arrange in single layer and roast at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Stir and then roast for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Garnish with parsley & enjoy!
