Lemon Shake Up Recipe
Here’s all you’ll need to get started:
- 5 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large lemons
- Ice
The process is super simple:
- Boil water in a saucepan over high heat. When water is boiling, remove from heat. Add sugar and stir until it completely dissolves.
- Allow mixture to cool for 1 hour in a refrigerator.
- When mixture is ready, cut lemons in half. In a pint glass with a lid, squeeze the juice of a half of a lemon and throw the lemon halve on top. I like using a Mason Jar.
- Fill the jar completely with ice and pour the sugar water mixture over the ice. Secure the lid and shake until combined. Add a straw and enjoy!
