- 1 ¾ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sugar
- 16 Hershey’s Kisses

Peanut Butter Blossom Bars
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter softened
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sugar
- 16 Hershey’s Kisses
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla and beat until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Press the dough into the prepared pan and sprinkle the sugar on top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
- Immediately after removing the pan from the oven, press the Kisses into the bars, making sure to space them evenly apart.
- When the dough has cooled completely, cut into bars and serve.
