This Classic Shepherd's Pie Recipe is the ultimate comfort food. Hearty ground beef is mixed with all sorts of goodies and topped with a rich garlic potato topping.
1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook until tender. Remove from water and set aside.2.
