EASY EASTER SIDE DISH

Only 4 ingredients and a couple minutes of preparation!

INGREDIENTS

– 2 pounds red potatoes – 1 tablespoon olive oil – ranch dressing mix – Salt to taste

Step 1

– Preheat oven to 400 degrees. – Place Potatoes in bowl. Add olive oil and stir to coat.

Step 2

Season with ranch dressing mix. Stir to coat the potatoes in seasoning.

Step 3

Spread the potatoes in a single layer over a large baking sheet. Sprinkle salt on top to taste.

Step 4

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown.
