Easy Family Dinner!

This Slow Cooker Dinner is great for busy weeknight dinners!
– 1/4 cup butter softened – 3/4 cup white sugar – 1 egg – 2 cups flour – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup milk
FOR THE TOPPING
– 1/2 teaspoon white sugar – 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
– Season 1 side of the pork chops with half of the ranch dressing.
Place pork chops into the crock, ranch side down, in a single layer.
Sprinkle remaining ranch dressing on top.
In a small bowl, combine soup and milk and whisk well.
Pour over chops. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
