EASTER PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE

PERFECT FOR EASTER!!!

Great as a dessert or a side dish, this Pineapple Souffle goes great with ham!

INGREDIENTS

– 1 can 20 oz, crushed pineapple, drained – 1 cup white sugar – 6 eggs – 1/2 cup 1 stick, butter, melted – 5 slices white bread cut into 1/2" cubes – 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Step 1

Add pineapple, sugar and eggs to a bowl and mix well.

Stir in butter and bread and mix.

Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Step 4

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly and serve warm.
