Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 and line a baking pan with parchment paper or grease it well with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Set aside.In a mixing bowl, add cauliflower and water and mix well to coat cauliflower.
  3. In a small bowl, combine flour, garlic powder and salt and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle over cauliflower and mix well to evenly coat.
  5. Place cauliflower on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Coat cauliflower with buffalo sauce.
  7. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
  8. Remove from oven and serve.
