Garlic Roasted Carrots with Butter

These Garlic Roasted Carrots with Butter are a great Holiday side dish but can also work any time of the year. Made with just a handful of ingredients, this recipe is so easy and will be ready in about 20 minutes!

  • 16 oz Baby Carrots
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • Parsley for garnish


  1. Place baby carrots in baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl add melted butter & garlic.
  3. Add salt & pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour butter mixture over carrots.
  6. Mix to coat evenly.
  7. Roast at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  8. Stir and then roast for another 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven. Garnish with parsley & enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Don’t forget to coat all of the carrots evenly to make sure they all get the same amount. The carrots should come up super tender and delicious. I mean, they are coated in garlic butter! Is there anything better than garlic butter?
