Garlic Roasted Carrots with Butter

These Garlic Roasted Carrots with Butter are a great Holiday side dish but can also work any time of the year. Made with just a handful of ingredients, this recipe is so easy and will be ready in about 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Baby Carrots
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Place baby carrots in baking dish.
  • In a small bowl add melted butter & garlic.
  • Add salt & pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour butter mixture over carrots.
  • Mix to coat evenly.
  • Roast at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Stir and then roast for another 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. Garnish with parsley & enjoy!

Notes

Don’t forget to coat all of the carrots evenly to make sure they all get the same amount. The carrots should come up super tender and delicious. I mean, they are coated in garlic butter! Is there anything better than garlic butter?
