Ingredients
1tub13 oz, Nutella chocolate spread
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1egg
1/2cupplus 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/2cupwhite chocolate chips
1/2cupgranulated sugar
Instructions
Add Nutella, brown sugar, egg and flour to a bowl and mix well.
Fold in white chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a 2 tablespoon portion scoop, scoop dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar.
Place on prepared baking sheet, 3 inches apart, and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a cooling rack to cool completely.
