Ingredients
2-1/4cupsall purpose flour
1/2cupinstant powdered hot cocoa
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
12tablespoons3/4 cup, unsalted butter, softened
3/4cupbrown sugar
3/4cupgranulated sugar
2eggs
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupmallow bitsdehydrated mini marshmallows
3/4cupmini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine flour, hot cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix well and set aside.
Add butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar to a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed until fluffy, about 5 minutes. Scrape the bowl down halfway through mixing. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Add half of the flour mixture and beat on low just. until combined. Add remaining flour mixture and beat just until combined.
Fold in mallow bits and chocolate chips.
Using a 1 tablespoon portion scoop, scoop dough onto baking sheet, keeping 2" apart. Bake 9-11 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let stand on a baking sheet for 3 minutes before removing from pan and placing on a cooling rack to cool completely.
