Ingredients
1box brownie mixprepared
For the Peanut Butter Fudge:
1cupcreamy peanut butter
1/2cupbuttersoftened
3cupspowdered sugar
2tablespoonsmilk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
For the Chocolate Ganache:
3cupschocolate chips
6tablespoonsbuttersliced
Instructions
Prepare and bake the brownie mix in a 9x13 pan according to the recipe instructions.
When the brownies are finished baking, combine the peanut butter and butter in a medium bowl. Beat to combine.
Add the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the top of the cooled brownies.
Combine the chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted.
Spread the melted chocolate over the top of the peanut butter layer.
Allow the chocolate to cool and harden before slicing and serving.
