Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix prepared
  • For the Peanut Butter Fudge:
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Chocolate Ganache:
  • 3 cups chocolate chips
  • 6 tablespoons butter sliced

Instructions

  • Prepare and bake the brownie mix in a 9x13 pan according to the recipe instructions.

  • When the brownies are finished baking, combine the peanut butter and butter in a medium bowl. Beat to combine.

  • Add the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.

  • Spread the peanut butter mixture over the top of the cooled brownies.

  • Combine the chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted.
