Ingredients
1package10 oz, lo mein egg noodles
1lbstir fry beefthinly sliced
1tablespoonminced garlic
3tablespoonssesame oildivided
3tablespoonssoy sauce
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1teaspoonground ginger
1teaspoonsriracha sauceoptional for taste
1package16 oz, frozen stir fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, onions, red bell peppers, baby corn, mushrooms and water chestnuts)
Instructions
Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions and keep warm.
In a large skillet, combine beef, garlic and 2 tablespoons sesame oil. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until beef is fully cooked and no longer pink.
Add soy sauce, remaining 1 tablespoon oil and ginger and sriracha sauce if using.
Stir in Brown Sugar until combined.
Stir in vegetables and continue to heat until no longer frozen, about 10 minutes.
Add lo mein noodles and mix well, continuing to heat through for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
