Beef Lo Mein

This Beef Lo Mein Recipe is a quick, easy and family friendly dinner full of authentic Asian Flavors. Soft noodles, tender beef, and tons of veggies are all cooked in a rich, flavorful sauce. And, made all in one skillet, cleaning up is so easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 package 10 oz, lo mein egg noodles
  • 1 lb stir fry beef thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil divided
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce optional for taste
  • 1 package 16 oz, frozen stir fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, onions, red bell peppers, baby corn, mushrooms and water chestnuts)

Instructions

  • Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions and keep warm.
  • In a large skillet, combine beef, garlic and 2 tablespoons sesame oil. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until beef is fully cooked and no longer pink.

  • Add soy sauce, remaining 1 tablespoon oil and ginger and sriracha sauce if using.

  • Stir in Brown Sugar until combined.

  • Stir in vegetables and continue to heat until no longer frozen, about 10 minutes.

  • Add lo mein noodles and mix well, continuing to heat through for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
