Ingredients
2ripe bananasmashed
1/2cupwhite sugar
1egg
1teaspoonvanilla
2cupsflour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2cupchocolate chips
1/2cupbuttersoftened
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and grease and flour a loaf pan. Set aside.
In a small bowl mix dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, add bananas, sugar, butter, egg and vanilla and mix well.
Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and mix just until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely before slicing.
