PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING

PERFECT FOR EASTER!!!

Great as a dessert or a side dish, this Pineapple Bread Pudding goes great with ham!

INGREDIENTS

– 1 loaf 11 oz, french bread, sliced into 1/2" cubes – 5 eggs – 1 cup white sugar – 3/4 cup butter melted – 1 can 20 oz, crushed pineapple, drained – 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Step 1

Add eggs to a large bowl and beat well.

Add sugar, butter, pineapple and cinnamon to mixing bowl and mix well. Use a stand mixer if needed.

Fold in bread and mix to evenly coat.

Step 4

Pour into prepared baking dish.

Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm topped with whipped topping if desired.
