EASTER SIDE DISH!

Tender Potatoes in a creamy cheesy sauce topped with potato chips!

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese – 1 can about 9-10 oz. cream of mushroom soup – 1 cup plain Greek yogurt – 4 tbsp butter melted – ½ cup chopped yellow onion – 4 cups tater tots – 1 cup potato chips crushed

Step 1

Add cheese, soup, yogurt and melted butter into a large bowl. Mix to combine.

Next, add onion and tater tots. Fold until the onion and tater tots are generously covered with the cheese and soup mixture. –

Spread the potato mixture into the prepared pan. Top with Potato Chips.

Bake for about 50 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
