1 15ouncecan creamed corn
1 15ouncecan corndrained
2eggs
1/2cupmilk
1/4cupbuttermelted
1/2cupcrushed Ritz Crackers
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

1/2cupcrushed Ritz crackers
1/4cupbuttermelted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Stir together the creamed corn, corn, egg, milk, and butter. Stir to combine.
Add the crushed crackers and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to mix.
Spread the corn mixture in an even layer in an 8x8 casserole dish.
Stir together the butter and crushed crackers and sprinkle on top.
