This copycat version of Cheddars Broccoli Cheese Casserole only takes 4 ingredients and a couple of minutes to throw together! It's easy delicious side dish for anything from a family dinner to Christmas or Thanksgiving. With all the flavors a cheesy cream sauce, hearty broccoli and a delicious butter cracker crust, it's going to be a family favorite recipe!

Ingredients
1bag32 oz, frozen broccoli pieces, thawed and drained
1brick16 oz, velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
1sleeveabout 31, buttery crackers, crushed
1/4cupbuttermelted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 2-1/2 quart casserole dish.
Cut Velveeta Cheese into cubes.
Add broccoli, velveeta and half of the cracker crumbs to the dish and mix well.
Combine remaining cracker crumbs and butter and mix until you have a sand-like texture.
Sprinkle on top of broccoli and cheese mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly around the edges and heated through. Serve immediately.
