Ingredients
1box15.25 oz, yellow cake mix
1small box3.4 oz, lemon instant pudding mix
3/4cupvegetable oil
1-1/2cupsorange juicedivided
4eggs
2cupspowdered sugar
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and grease and flour a fluted tube cake pan and set aside.
Mix together cake mix and pudding.
Add vegetable oil and 3/4 cup orange juice.
Add 4 eggs.
Once combined, beat with a hand mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 38 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Once cake is cooked, poke holes in the cake with a skewer.
Whisk together powdered sugar, butter and remaining orange juice until combined. Pour over hot cake and let stand for 15 minutes.
Place a platter upside down on top of the cake and invert the pan and platter so cake falls onto the platter. Remove pan and let stand to cool until warm.
