1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place puff pastry on a baking sheet. 2. Melt butter over medium heat in a frying pan. 3. Add spinach and cook, mixing occasionally. 4. Remove onion and spinach from heat. 5. Fold together onion, spinach, and cream cheese. 6. Crumble the bacon into the mixture. 7. Using an offset spatula, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the puff pastry. 8. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. 9. Starting from the top, roll the puff pastry. 10. Cut the roll to get pinwheels that are about ½ inch wide. Place gently on lined baking sheet. 11. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
