1. Prepare Green Beans by rinsing, cutting and drying them.
2. In a small bowl, mix together Soy Sauce, Red Pepper Flakes, Brown Sugar, Salt, Pepper and Water.
3. Cook Green Beans in Oil for 3-4 minutes, until they start turning bring green.
4. Add Garlic and Garlic Chili Paste to Skillet and cook for about 3 seconds.
5. Add Soy Sauce mixture to dish and cook for another 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
