1. Preheat oven to 375 and grease an 8" springform pan. 2. Whisk together the cinnamon sugar mixture in a small bowl. 3. Beat butter and sugar together. Add egg and cream and mix well. 4. In small bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Pour half of the flour mixture into the mixture and add half of the mix in a large bowl. Beat until combined. 5. Spread half of batter mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of the topping. Pour remaining batter leftover on the top and sprinkle with remaining topping. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
