1. Unroll crescent rolls onto a flat surface.
2. Spread cream cheese on top.
3. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
4. Roll up the crescent rolls carefully and tightly.
5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
7. Remove from refrigerator. Slice into 16-18, 1" rounds.
8. Place onto the baking sheet.
9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Remove from oven and serve warm.
