1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2.Line a muffin pan with liners. 3.Combine eggs and both sugars. 4.Add oil, pumpkin puree and water. 5.In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. 6.Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. 7.Pour half of the batter into a small bowl. 8.In a microwave safe bowl, melt ½ cup chocolate chips in 30 second intervals. Pour into one of the bowls of batter. 9.Add cocoa powder to the pumpkin batter and chocolate mixture. 10.Fold the chocolate and pumpkin batter back into the other pumpkin batter, taking care you don’t mix both but instead, create a “marble effect.” 11.Scoop batter 3/4 full into liners. 12.Top with remaining chocolate chips.Bake for 20 minutes.
