INGREDIENTS

– 1 can 15 oz, corn, drained – 1 can 14.75 oz, creamed corn – 1 small package 8.5 oz, Jiffy corn muffin mix – 1 cup sour cream – 1/2 cup milk – 1/2 cup white sugar – 1/2 cup melted butter – 2 eggs

ONLY MINUTES TO PREPARE!

– Preheat oven to 350 and grease a large casserole dish or 9x13 pan. – Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared pan. – Bake, uncovered for 40-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
