– 1 can 15 oz, corn, drained– 1 can 14.75 oz, creamed corn– 1 small package 8.5 oz, Jiffy corn muffin mix– 1 cup sour cream– 1/2 cup milk– 1/2 cup white sugar– 1/2 cup melted butter– 2 eggs
– Preheat oven to 350 and grease a large casserole dish or 9x13 pan.– Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared pan.– Bake, uncovered for 40-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
