1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. 2. Add cake mix to a mixing bowl and stir in flour. 3. Add oil and egg and stir until combined well. 4. Use a cookie scoop to spoon dough onto baking sheet 2" apart, and gently press down with your fingers until about 1/2" thick. 5. Add sprinkles to the top of each cookie, gently pressing them into the dough. 6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until bottoms begin to lightly brown. Let cool on baking sheet.
