These Fried Chicken Tacos make a great family dinner or a fun game day snack for friends and family! Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts are hand breaded and fried to crispy golden perfection. Served on a tortilla with lettuce, cheese and a spicy ranch sauce, it's a great way to take Taco Tuesday to the next level of YUM!

Add oil to a pan and heat over medium heat. In a shallow bowl, beat together the egg and milk.

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. Cut rolls in half lengthwise and separate buns. Add mustard to the bottom of the bun and place into the prepared baking dish.

Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, followed by the milk mixture, and into the flour mixture again.

Cut ham in half so you have six pieces. Place on top of cheese.

Transfer the cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate. Heat the tortillas according to the package instructions. Fill each tortilla with a layer of chicken, topped with coleslaw and cheese.
