EASY SUMMER PEACH COBBLER

INGREDIENTS – 3 cans 15.25 oz each, sliced peaches in syrup – 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon – 15.25 oz, yellow cake mix – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 1 stick 1/2 cup butter, cold

– Preheat oven to 375 and grease a 9x13 baking pan. – Pour 2 cans of peaches into the prepared pan. Drain the third can and pour just the peaches into the pan.

- Sprinkle peaches with ground cinnamon.

- Top with cake mix and spread evenly on the top. Or, mix with melted butter and brown sugar before adding to the top. See the notes section above for more info on this.

- Break apart the packed brown sugar and sprinkle on the cake.

– Slice butter into 1/8" slices and add on top of the pan.

– Bake for 35-40 minutes and remove from oven. Cool until warm and serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
