Easy Pineapple Souffle For Easter


With just a couple of ingredients and an easy preparation, this Pineapple Souffle makes the perfect Easter Dish. A combination of sweet and savory flavors, this  dish tastes great with your Holiday Ham!

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 2-1/2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. Add pineapple, sugar and eggs to a bowl and mix well.

Stir in butter and bread and mix.

Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly and serve warm.
