BANANA PUDDING BROWNIES

Brownie Ingredients – 1/2 Cup Butter Unsalted – 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar – 2/3 Cup Granulated Sugar – 2 Eggs Room Temperature – 1 Cup Flour – 1/2 tsp Salt – 2 tsp Vanilla Extract Banana Filling Ingredients – 8 Oz Cream Cheese – 1 Egg Room Temperature – 3.4 Oz Banana Pudding mix

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter and white sugar.

- Add Brown sugar.

- Add Flour and salt to the pudding mixture.

- Add Vanilla Extract and mix well.

– Add eggs and mix well.

– Pour mixture into prepare 9X9 baking pan, saving about 20% of it.

- Combine all the ingredients for the Banana Mixture.

- Add dollops of the banana pudding mixture on top of the brownie mixture. Take a butter knife and swirl them around.

- Pour the rest of the brownie mixture on top.

- Bake for 40 minutes, or until edges start to brown and center starts to firm.

These brownies are ooey, gooey and delicious!
