1. Layer all ingredients in a Crockpot with the peanuts on the bottom layer.
2. Turn the slow cooker to low, cover with a paper towel and then the lid. Cook for 30 minutes on low.
3. Remove lid, change setting to "keep warm" and cook for another 2 hours. Be sure to stir every 30 minutes during this time.
4. Spoon onto wax paper, or aluminum foil and allow to set for at least one hour.
