CHUCK ROAST CROCK POT RECIPE
EASY FAMILY DINNER!
– 2.5-3 lb chuck roast – 1 pound russet potatoes peeled and quartered – 1 pound fresh baby carrots – 3 tablespoons dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon dry rosemary – 1 teaspoon dry thyme – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper – 1-1/2 cups beef broth
TENDER POT ROAST!
1. Add roast to a slow cooker and place potatoes and carrots around the beef. 2. In a small bowl, combine mustard, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well. 3. Use a pastry brush to spread on the top of the roast. 4. Pour beef broth around the carrots and potatoes. 5. Cover and heat on low for 6-8 hours. Slice and serve.
