– 2 tablespoons butter – 2 tablespoons flour – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 cup half and half – 1 tablespoon white sugar – 1 package 16 oz, frozen corn

1. In a sauce pan, add butter and melt over low heat. 2. Stir in flour, salt and half and half. 3. Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly until mixture begins to thicken and bubble. 4. Stir in corn and sugar and continue to heat over medium low, stirring frequently until corn is no longer frozen and mixture is hot.
