1. Mix egg and both sugars.
2. Add butter and beat until smooth. 3. Add melted chocolate and mix.
4. In another bowl, sift together all dry ingredients.
5. Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients until dough forms.
6. Fold in caramel chips.
7. Scoop onto line baking sheet.
8. Bake for 11-14 minutes. Allow to cool.
9. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave candy in 30 second intervals until completely melted.
10. Drizzle onto each cookie.
11. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
