Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine Yogurt and flour.
Shape the dough into a large ball and slice into 4 sections. Shape into a ball. Press each ball to flatten slightly and use your thumb to create a hole in the center.
For optional egg wash: mix the egg and water. Brush the egg wash on the tops of each bagel and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Place baking sheet in preheated oven to bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
Adjust the oven to the broil setting and allow the bagels to brown further for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the bagels to cool before slicing.
