Ingredients

  • 1 2.25 ounce jar dried beef Buddig Beef
  • 1 8- ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Remove the dried beef from the jar and finely chop. Place in a colander and rinse under cold water.
    Chop up the dried beef
  • Place the beef in a bowl with the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar jack cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix and stir until smooth and well combined.
    Mix chipped beef with other ingredients.
  • Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with green onion before serving.
