Ingredients

  • 1 2.25 ounce jar dried beef Buddig Beef
  • 1 8- ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped green onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Remove the dried beef from the jar and finely chop. Place in a colander and rinse under cold water.
    Chop up the dried beef
  2. Place the beef in a bowl with the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar jack cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
    Mix chipped beef with other ingredients.
  3. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with green onion before serving.
