  • 1 2.25 ounce jar dried beef Buddig Beef
  • 1 8- ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped green onion for garnish


  1. Remove the dried beef from the jar and finely chop. Place in a colander and rinse under cold water.

    Mix chipped beef with other ingredients.
