1bag16 oz, frozen peas
2/3cupchicken brothor use water
3tablespoonsbutter
1/3cupheavy whipping cream
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1tablespoonsugar
