Easy Pineapple Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 can 20 oz, crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick, butter, melted
  • 5 slices white bread cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 2-1/2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Add pineapple, sugar and eggs to a bowl and mix well.
