Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler

This Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler is a fun new take on a classic recipe! Great as either a dessert or a breakfast treat, this dish is super easy to make with just 5 simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 15.25 ounce cans of peaches drained
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 12- ounce can cinnamon rolls

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine the peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir to mix.

  • Pour the peaches into a baking dish.

  • Remove the cinnamon rolls from the can. Set the icing aside. Separate each cinnamon roll and cut it into quarters.

  • Place the pieces on top of the peaches in an even layer.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.

  • Remove the lid from the icing. Cover with a paper towel and place in the microwave for 15 seconds to soften.
  • Drizzle the icing over the top of the cobbler before serving. Serve warm or room temperature.
