Ingredients
2 15.25ouncecans of peachesdrained
1/3cupbrown sugar
1teaspooncinnamon
½teaspoonnutmeg
1 12-ouncecan cinnamon rolls
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir to mix.
Pour the peaches into a baking dish.
Remove the cinnamon rolls from the can. Set the icing aside. Separate each cinnamon roll and cut it into quarters.
Place the pieces on top of the peaches in an even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Remove the lid from the icing. Cover with a paper towel and place in the microwave for 15 seconds to soften.
Drizzle the icing over the top of the cobbler before serving. Serve warm or room temperature.
