Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Stir to mix.
Cover and cook over low heat for 1 ½ to 2 hours, stirring frequently.
When the slime is gone from the okra, remove the lid and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes until remaining liquid has been reduced.
