1 16-ouncecan refried beans
1 8-ouce package cream cheeseroom temperature
1packet taco seasoning
1/3cupsour cream
1 10-ouncecan diced tomatoes with chiliesdrained
1cupshredded taco blend cheesedivided
1cupshredded pepper jack cheesedivided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the beans, cream cheese, taco seasoning, sour cream, diced tomatoes, half the taco blend cheese, and half the pepper jack cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until bean mixture is warm and cheese on top is melted.
