Ingredients

  • 1 16- ounce can refried beans
  • 1 8- ouce package cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 10- ounce can diced tomatoes with chilies drained
  • 1 cup shredded taco blend cheese divided
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the beans, cream cheese, taco seasoning, sour cream, diced tomatoes, half the taco blend cheese, and half the pepper jack cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
