Ingredients
1cupCelery
4cupsTurkeycooked and diced
2tspDijon Mustard
2tspBrown Sugar
2/3cupMayonnaise
1tspLemon Juice
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Instructions
Cut 4 cups of turkey (white and/or dark meat) into small pieces.
But the pieces of turkey in a large bowl and stir in Dijon Mustard.
Add Brown Sugar
Add Mayonnaise
Add Lemon Juice
Add Diced Celery
Combine all ingredients until mixed well. Put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
