Turkey Salad Sandwich

This Turkey Salad Sandwich is a simple and delicious recipe that is great for breakfast or lunch. Tender white and dark meat turkey is mixed with a special blend of ingredients that will make you want to "gobble" this up. There are so many things you can do with it, from making a wrap, a sandwich or putting it on a bed of lettuce. Oh yeah, and it's a great way to use up your leftover turkey from Thanksgiving!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Celery
  • 4 cups Turkey cooked and diced
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • Cut 4 cups of turkey (white and/or dark meat) into small pieces.
  • But the pieces of turkey in a large bowl and stir in Dijon Mustard.
  • Add Brown Sugar
  • Add Mayonnaise
  • Add Lemon Juice
  • Add Diced Celery
  • Combine all ingredients until mixed well. Put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
