Roasted Cajun Potatoes

These Roasted Cajun Potatoes are super simple and easy side dish that will go with just about any meal. Do you have leftover potatoes? Just toss them in olive oil and my cajun spice blend that will give your meal the perfect amount of kick! This recipe is great for both Vegetarians and Vegans!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium to large Russet Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut Potatoes into wedges by cutting them in half longways then cutting each half into six pieces. Place Potatoes on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle Olive Oil on potatoes.
  • Toss Seasonings on potatoes.
  • Make sure all Potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until potatoes are crispy outside.
