3Medium Sweet PotatoesPeeled and cut into slices about 1/4 inch thick. I use only to slices from the middle. 3 potatoes should get you enough to do this.

1TspMaple Syrup
12Jumbo Marshmallows
4SlicesBaconCooked extra crispy
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook bacon extra crispy in your desired method. Cut up into small pieces.
While Bacon is cooking, peel Sweet Potatoes and slice into discs about 1/4 inch thick. Place in baking tray lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Brush with melted butter.
Brush with Syrup and flip discs with a spatula to make sure both sides are evenly coated.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through.
Top with Jumbo Marshmallow and put back in oven to broil. Watch closely and take out as soon as the Marshmallow becomes golden and melted.
Immediately put bacon on melted Marshmallows and serve.
